Yacer is a son of Algeria. He is a serial entrepreneur who has created a number of businesses from scratch. Since 2005 he has been actively engaged in seeking to create closer ties between the country of his birth and his adopted second home, the United Kingdom.

Peter is a former international banker, located in both London and Bahrain, with expertise in project finance and government lending in well over 70 countries. Additionally, he has run a number of non-profit organisations with emphasis on educational innovation, the social responsibilities of business, in-prison education and economic reform, coordinated by the independent Centre for New Economic Studies he set up in the 1970s.

Christopher Pike is an industrial economist and graduate of Oxford University. He specialises in the transfer of business into new markets, and in optimising the location, case by case, for commercial, industrial or service companies. Through the experience of building company premises, he became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Since 2007, he has been managing partner of Business Location International, an advisory practice based in Belgium that has been active worldwide for over 50 years.

• Sir Christopher Evans is a Welsh professor, scientist and biotechnology entrepreneur. He is known for founding and co-founding numerous successful biotech companies in the United Kingdom. Since the 1980s, Sir Christopher has launched and supported more than 50 companies in the biotechnology and life-sciences sector, including 20 listed on six different stock markets.
